AVID.1 wheels are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered

• Structural defects caused by manufacturing issues under normal street use

What’s NOT Covered

• Potholes, road hazards, or impact damage
• Improper installation or mounting damage
• Incorrect fitment (size, offset, bolt pattern, etc.)
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, curb rash, corrosion, etc.)
• Use in racing, off-road, or modified vehicles
• Damage from chemicals, cleaners, or environmental conditions

Important Notes

• Must be purchased from an authorized AVID.1 dealer
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only
• Proof of purchase is required
• Wheels must be used under normal driving conditions

Warranty Process

If you believe your wheel is defective:

1. Contact us for an RMA (Return Authorization)
2. Submit proof of purchase and details of the issue
3. Ship the wheel for inspection

If approved, the wheel will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

AVID.1 FULL LIMITED WARRANTY (LEGAL VERSION)

Limited Warranty Coverage

Autotech Accessories Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its AVID.1 wheels will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty is valid only when:

• The wheels are purchased from an authorized AVID.1 dealer
• Valid proof of purchase is provided
• The wheels are properly installed
• The wheels are used under normal street and highway driving conditions (non-racing, non-commercial use)

Definition of Defect

A defect is defined as:

A condition resulting from a manufacturing or material flaw that impairs the structural integrity of the wheel under normal intended use.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Road hazards, including potholes, debris, or impacts
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Improper installation, mounting, or balancing
• Damage during tire mounting or dismounting
• Improper vehicle fitment (size, offset, bolt pattern, clearance)
• Use on modified vehicles, including suspension modifications, spacers, or adapters
• Off-road, racing, or commercial use
• Shipping or transportation damage

Cosmetic / Finish Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Scratches, curb rash, or surface damage
• Clear coat failure, oxidation, or corrosion
• Damage from brake dust, road salt, sand, or environmental exposure
• Damage from harsh chemicals or improper cleaning

Alterations

This warranty is void if the wheel has been altered in any way, including:

• Bolt pattern modification
• Offset changes
• Center bore modifications
• Any structural or cosmetic alterations

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a claim:

1. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling (818) 626-9768
2. Provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos (if requested)

1. Ship the product freight prepaid to Autotech Accessories Inc.

All products will be inspected by Autotech.

• If approved, the wheel will be repaired or replaced at Autotech’s sole discretion
• If unavailable, a comparable product may be substituted
• If denied, the product will be returned at the sender’s expense

Costs Not Covered

Autotech Accessories Inc. is not responsible for:

• Shipping or transportation costs
• Labor costs (mounting, removal, installation)
• Loss of use, time, or inconvenience
• Any additional related expenses

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autotech Accessories Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of vehicle use
• Loss of time
• Inconvenience
• Commercial loss

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Limited Warranty is the sole express warranty provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autotech Accessories Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Additional Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
• Authorized dealers are independent entities and not agents of Autotech
• Proper care and maintenance are required

Time Limitation

• Claims must be submitted within the 1-year warranty period
